Our story
Our Story
Shuck It Cobourg is a premier and authentic Restaurant that has been proudly serving the Downtown Cobourg area since January of 2020. We are owned and operated by Carol Bird and her partner Joe Jukes. Our executive chef Paul Pisano has created a pristine menu consisting of various pastas, seafood dishes and steaks.
The Menu
The chef-driven menu highlights seasonal ingredients in simple, handcrafted dishes served straight from our kitchen. Add even more to your experience with a selection from our complimentary beverages, and trust us—save room for dessert.
Seafood Chowder
Many restaurants have their own take on this recipe, but we’re confident that ours is the best, made with fresh seafood this dish is creamer and delicious. Small $7.50 Large $9.50
